Poor service still waiting for a callback for a month after being debited.

I am very unhappy with the service of MAXLAW I have been debited R750 and was advised I will be called and a paid up letter it’s been a month now even after I tried contacting on email and all contact numbers you cannot reach anyone who can assist at MAXLAW companies like this that take from people who are already struggling should be closed down and I would not recommend anyone who receives a call from them in future to accept any service they offer , as I am not the only one they let suffer , I need someone from the company to contact me soon as in immediately or give me a refund or I will write a review a bad one each and everyday until I do .
