Paid for a service I never received.

I joined MaxLaw Legal Group on 26 May, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing.

They deducted over R700 from my account when I joined, and since then I have also been charged a monthly fee of R85 yet I have received absolutely no service or feedback from them.

I have tried contacting them repeatedly, both by phone and email, and I have received no response. The only time they were able to communicate with me was when they were trying to get me to join. Once the money was deducted, the communication stopped completely.

For a legal service, communication and customer service should be a priority. Being ignored despite repeatedly trying to get assistance is extremely frustrating.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend MaxLaw Legal Group. The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing.
