Misrepresentation (*****)

So I had tried taking out an online loan which was declined, I was then contacted by MaxLaw telephonically and the agent mentioned to me that I had app**** for a loan online that was declined and that she is now contacting me as the loan is now approved I just need to accept the mandate and Debicheck (whilst on the call) and then the loan amount of R500 I requested will be deposited into my account within 2 to 24 hours, at the end of the call she even mentioned to me what my credit score is and that my loan was approved because she can see that I pay my debt on time. After the call I then read the Mandate that I was pressured into accepting whilst on the call only to discover that it was me giving them power of attorney to approach all my debtors and had absolutely nothing to do with a loan. I am disgusted at the lengths Maxlaw goes through to get clients to sign up. I am also opening a case of ***** against the 2 agents that spoke to me aswell as the company.
