*********** and Unprofessional Staff

<br> I was called more than 3 times about the financial products and was convinced right choice. It's been more than 5 days now calling Max Law Lynwood branch. Their staff are so rude from reception, they hang phones not identify themselves. I called 3days after I submitted documentation for a loan application handled by Itumeleng. He speaks so fast I had to stop him from time to time, ask question albeit they record calls somehow it's like one way talk. Ever since I sent documentation 17 Nov 2015 on the 19 Nov 2015. I only got sms a payment of R550. will be deducted from my account with no feedback on the loan application. Daily I call Itumeleng left messages no response. At reception I enquire about what next must I do or whom can I check all they say I don't know. I am not sure whom I spoke to at reception. I guess all of them they don't know, hold on, the next thing phone off. 3 emails sent to Itumeleng no response to date. Today I called Doornkloof branch a consultant there was very helpful, gave me more information. Only today Itumeleng calls simply because Jimmy from Doornkloof branch called him on my behalf. Bad Service especially all team from reception phew! they are so rude
