I was mislead, I need my refund.

I am Siviwe with ID number ***, I am very disappointed with my experience at Max Law Business. I was mislead with one of your agent and R750 was deducted twice and was later promised a refund, but it has now been 3 months and I have still not received my money. Communication has been poor, and I keep getting excuses with no solution. I hope they resolve this matter urgently and refund what is owed to me.
