Good Customer service

One of the employees called me and he name was Tapama and he tried to explain how they work but I couldn't not understand, he was so patient with me and he asked his other colleague, Bonginkosi, I think, he did also passionate about he's job and I got to understand everything about them, when I asked about their reviews he pointed me to this website, and explained how every company will receive good or bad review but we should check if the good outweighthe bad, it was so nice,unfortunately I couldn't do the application due to my husband, but when we decide to fix our credit profile we are going for the Centurion branch because of the warm welcome received.
