Extremly poor sevice

In February 2025,i made use of Maxlaw to remove the debt review flag from my name. They deducted R750 at first and then R75 each month up untill 15 September 2026. I've been struggling to get hold of them via telephone. Everytime i phone and get first inline to be help,the call ends. Everytime. I've send numerous emails to cancel whatever contract i have with them to various *** but they never respond back. Im now busy with legal action as im demanding a full refund of all the money that was deducted from my account. I honestly hope that no one makes use of them as they never deliver on their promises they make
