DEBIT ORDER UNAGREEMENT

Good day , I did inquire about the service with maxlaw late last year and they send me the forms tio fill . I told Roto that I decided not to apply and I didnt sighed any document for agreement . but suddently I realized debit order effect from December and January . they debit two debit orders of R59 R500 and I dont know its for what . when I try to call thy just drop the call . please advise their contact is as follows ***
