Cancellation of Credit Legal

I cancelled all my stuff with Max Law about 9months ago.When I phoned the offices in Stellenbosch to query about the deductions on my bank account then the lady who's name is Angie assisted me.I told her that I cancelled everything with them and then she told me its a system error by them and that there is nothing that she can do about it and its only a R59 that's been deducted from my account and why I'm I going on over a R59.I ask her if a can speak with the one in charge then she told me I can only speak to her.Afterwords she told me the manager is not in and then I ask Angie if her manager can give me a call on my number then she told me I'm looking for her manager so I need to phone back and why must her manager contact me.I'm really upset with Max Law the way they treated me.
