bad service

I went to buy chips at max fish and chips at essenwood spar Richards Bay and the chips were old and not crispy so I took it back and they told me it was fresh but they said they will do a new batch but when I got it back it was still old chips it looked like they just re cooked the chips. I then went again and complained they seem to not to care at all. I want to warn people not to buy there thay have bad service.
