*****ing within Cell C

<p>I had a contract with Cell C (two nokia asha, paid R75 per month) which last year (2016) june was the 24th month. After that they have been debiting ever since without me knowing. Unfortunately I didn't notice this in time because I never went to cancel the contract. And my bank never notifies me when money less than R100 has been deducted from bank.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 13rd of February I went to check if they were still deducting that amount of R75 which I was suprised to find out that they say I did an upgrade of two iPhones costing R1868.05 . I never recieved or allow for any upgrade from cellc. It's like they noticed I wasn't aware that my account was still active with cellc. The most confusing thing is How can they allow me to take Two iPhones which obviously I wont be able to pay. Who signed or approve that upgrade. Am just a security guard earning less than R5000. </p> <p> </p> <p>My questions are:-</p> <p>1. Who signed for those phones?</p> <p>2. Where were they delivered to?</p> <p>3. Whenever you recieve something ain't you suppose to show yo ID document?</p> <p>4. From the system it shows that Michaela Frantz was the one who assisted for an upgrade.</p> <p>5. Ain't CellC does a checkup first before they approve any contract to anyone?</p> <p>I'm disappointed to you and you've shown you don't care for your customers. The job I do takes most of my time and taking a day off isn't as easy as it sounds, I havent done so much but I want all people behind this to be delt with. CellC has ********* within its wings. I don't care if this was outside job but to me it's theft and only people who had this info was only you CellC. </p> <p> </p> <p>Peter plz help me, for any information I may assist with please use ********** </p>
