Terrible service - Mawethu Pinelands

Booked an apartment (Mawethu Pinelands) in Jan 2024 (if not earier) for the week of 22nd to 31 March 2024 through Agoda (booking was for 1 day 22 to 23) and then (25-29 March) and then (29 March to 31 March).Bookings were made 2 months in advance On the day of our booking we get notified that they are can cancelling the booking as they cannot do a single day, which we thought was strange and we said to them obviously you have a weekend booking thats why you cancelled on us - to which they cancelled all our bookings. Unacceptable behaviour as we were 4 people and now had to suddenly find alternative accommodation (at a higher price). We hope they get removed from Agoda
