We booked this place for the evening because we were unable to stay in our home. The owner did not reach out to us, i reached out to them to confirm details. We agree on a 3pm check in and i was rushing to get to the place. They checked in with me at 3:15 and i explained the situation and that they can leave to do whatever they need to and i will drive to me them any where to collect the key. This booking was then immediately cancelled with the utmost inconsideration. I ended up sleeping in my car with a 2 year old because of this. Very unprofessional and makes as if they are doing you a favour nevermind the fact that you paid for this. There was ulterior motives since the start as they in error allowed a 1 night stay when in fact they wanted a 2 night stay. The ad clearly says optional check in but they actually mean conform or we will cancel. Please stop offering this service because you have no idea what customer satisfaction is. Any rental accommodates any check in time
