We don't see your booking...

<p>I am truly disappointed. When I arrived at Mavuta Manor 18:30 tonight my booking was nowhere to be found, and off course they are fully booked. I always book in advance for my next stay(I sleep out for work monthly), as I settle my account at reception. I find this really unprofessional! No attempt to assist me in getting other accommodation or an apology even.</p>
