paying for 2 stained towels

I'm currently checked into Mavuta Manor Polokwane. This morning I accidentally stained 1 towel. Now I am being charged R500 per towel for 2 towels. I requested that the towels be returned and the originally stained towel is stained worse than what I had left it and it is damp. This happened this morning at 6am. How is the towel damp and stained even more. And an additional towel is now for my bill too. This is bizarre. Mavuta Manor sucks. Now I know how fancy hotels make more money. Charging guests for things unnecessarily is just plain down *******.
