Mavumisa transport forcing us to use a taxi while we booked a bus

I booked a bus for the 6 April 2026 from idutywa to cape town. Instead we were forced to use a taxi because busses went to Moria. We tried to enquire and we were given no choice but to use the taxi. This is very unprofessional because we did not book a taxi deliberately but we are forced to use a taxi
