Poor service

I have been dealing with Matus for years and have always had no problem with their online portal. I ordered hand sanitizer and was told it would be ready today at 10.00 and after sending 2 drivers to wait there all day they cant give us even an indication of when the stock will be there, or even if it is in fact still coming.
