False advertising on pamphlet

Matt's pizza pamphlet states free delivery on orders of R60 or more within a 4km radius.<br> When attempting to place an order and have it delivered to my place in Durbanville I was told this location is not on their system thus they will charge a delivery fee.<br> <br> Any route as per google maps puts me well below the 4km radius. The fact that my location is not on their system should play no part of the \within 4 km rule as advertised". I stay in a well known complex.<br> <br> I would love to support another pizza franchise as I do not agree with the false advertising however my wife likes a certain specialty pizza from them thus for the time being I am forced to still do business with them.<br> <br> I always believe in tipping the driver well over 10%"
