Horrific customer service

Have been a long time supporter of Matt’s pizzaria in Durbanville, there have been periods when we ordered pizza every second week from the pizzeria. Coronavirus and lockdown has naturally affected all of us. When we decide to support Matt’s pizza, the way we were spoken to was disgusting. The owner made us feel like “how dare you come to my pizza business and order pizza” The disgust in her voice and iterative body behaviour has made us not want to support Matt’s pizza no more. Positive customer service and experience is what will bring loyal customer back and drive new customers to one’s business, sadly though Matt’s pizza does the exact opposite.

It is not the quality of food or price that is a problem, it is the style in which management engages with their customer base, making customer feel like they are an irritation.

Will no longer support Matt’s pizza in Durbanville, will now look for another establishment to support during coronavirus
