Defective mattress and constant delays with replacement

I have a Sealy mattress that was purchased a few years ago from Mattress Zone Centurion that has sagged badly. I had issues finding the invoice and Mattress Zone did not assist with the warranty claim.

I then contacted Bravo Group directly who assisted with inspection and agreed to replace with me paying almost the same price as new mattress! Also wanted to charge me a "recovery fee" for a stain on the mattress. It took me five minutes to clean the stain after which they removed this fee, up to now i'm still not sure why this would be charged as the mattress cannot be used or sold again. Anyway I agree and pay up hoping to have this resolved quickly.

I then hear from Bravo Group that Mattress Zone has been contacted to do the replacement after me telling them how terrible their service is. Its now nine days later and i'm still awaiting this replacement with no resolution in sight. Since Mattress Zone can't deliver Bravo Group can "do me a favour" and deliver to me directly at a R500 fee!

My advice based on this experience is do not buy a Sealy product because of the claimed 10yr warranty as you end up paying almost the new price for their defective product and stay far away from Mattress Zone Centurion as they do not care about customers only sales.
