Worst business ever

We purchased a bed set at Mattress firm in Three Rivers. We got problems with the bed lying in. We sent it in to be repair and when it got back the bed was damaged and still the same. I honestly think that they gave us someone else's bed. Now they refuse to give feedback on why the bed looks like that and can't give us anwsers on what they going to do about the problem.
