Very BAD QUALITY!!!

VERY BAD QUALITY!!! We bought n king size Diamond base and mattress which I mite add the lady in Randfontein franchise told us , is the best for our spines and we will sleep and feel better due to back pain problems with both of us.. it's WORSE THAN EVER BEFORE every inch in my body pains when I get up in the morning due to sleeping in a hole ! It wasn't long after we got the new mattress it started sagging made 2 holes where we're sleeping (you can't sleep on another side or in the middle because we roll back in the hole yes that's how bad it is! The side's of the bed popped out springs everything! When you sit on the bed at the side you can feel and see how the sides pop out. We phoned the shop and the lady came out took photo's and said this looks very bad and its not the first bed that they had to sent back.. we got the bed back not long same problem sent it back same story! 3rd time same story we said we don't want the bed back this is the 3rd time!! Just dropped off the bed again! This is the 4th time we have to send in this bed FOR EXACTLY THE SAME THING! We had someone come out and take a look at the bed before they took it back and they said the whole bed from base is n " dut" ! We asked for a new bed or our money back , the bed CAN'T BE FIXED. Yesterday they phoned us to say they are bringing back our bed.. they send us the feedback report , and how ridiculous, and I quote " tell the client not to sit on the bed ( how the hell are you not suppose to sit on the bed how do you get up or lie down !! ANY BED CAN BE SAT ON if it is good QUALITY! The client doesn't rotate the bed (we have to rotate the bed every WEEK to try and sleep better on it! We said we are not happy they got a lady Samantha to phone us back and her answer is "..well this is what it is, they are sending the old bed back. We can't sit on the bed and we must cuddle in the middle of the bed!!" That is what she had to say. My husband told her he is not happy and he is not leaving it at this and she said " Do what you want we are dropping off your old bed tomorrow!. We are NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH mattress medi center SPINE ORTHO CARE!! I will not urge anyone to buy from them!!
