POCKET PILLOW MATTRESS

We bought a medi Pocket Pillow Mattress for the reason that we need a good quality bed to sleep on because my husband have a back problem and it is very important that he sleeps on the best mattress available. We were informed by the sales person from the mattress shop that this was a very good proposition for us to consider. The bed was delivered to us and we slept on the bed as from 4 February 2015 .. .. with 2 weeks my husband noticed that the mattress is sinking in on the middle of the bed. - so much as 10 cm when he lies on the bed. we informed the manager of the shop in Brits and it was difficult for us to get to the person who is responsible, the manager of the factory phoned me to say this was the first time that they experience a problem with this specific bed, will collect the bed, give me a lend bed and then look into the problem. Since then the mattress is deteriorating and we do not want the bed, we would like to be refunded - this they do not want to do. We have photos available
