MISREPRESENTATION REGARDING QUALITY AND SERVICE : MATTRESS MEDI CENTRE

Bought two exact same Kiki Single bed mattresses from Mattress Medi Centre, Sasolburg during 2019. Within a short while one mattress was sagging, which has a 9 year guarantee. The branch manager suggested that both mattresses go for inspection to the factory in Alberton. Two mattresses which differ in coverings and thickness was returned. Their supplier / factory in Alberton is Martig 288 T/A Optimum Bedding ( CC ***). ( tel: *** ) I can not use the incorrect mattress, because it is Medi Centre (Sasolburg) property and using it I acknowledge ownership and have no claim. Waiting still on Medi Centre Sasolburg ( *** / *** ) to return the mattress I paid for and take their mattress back. I would not recommend buying their product as the guarantee boils down to contractual misrepresentation with regard to the guarantee and quality of the product. This was my first dealing with them.
