Mattress Medi Centre - lying to customers and *****ing their money

Bought a bed 5 years ago with a 20 year warranty. After being repaired once, it was faulty again. Now we have to pay for it to be repaired WITH A 20 YEAR WARRANTY. The people at mattress medi centre also said that the difference between having a warranty and not having one is "feitlik niks". They are ripping people off buy making them pay for a warranty when they actually dont have one.
