Mattress Medi Centre

Most pathetic after sale service. After 3 years now they want to educate me on mattress care. I have 2 small children and there are some staines on the mattress, however they never asked me how do I go about cleaning my mattresses (by use of steam cleaners) no they write a report and say that we are unhygienic. When they took R13000 for the mattress they where happy now we struggle with after care. I have never been so humiliated in my life to be told that we are dirty. I am at my last end. They also do not bother to respond back to you as they promise. O and the sales lady has the odacity to email me the brochure for the mattress now.
