Bad service and quality.

We bought the Optimum 1370 Pocket Pillow Top mattress on the 25th November 2018 at the Alberton branch which is now closed. The mattress costed us R5950and has 20 year warranty. Less than 2 years already the mattress started sagging on both sides and I reported the issue with on their facebook page Rina took my details and forwarded them to Bernie for follow up. Bernie contacted me on the 12th September 2020 requesting me for pictures and proof of payment which I did send her and the mattress was collected on the 20th October for inspection and repairs. I was then told that I will be charged for the repairs because the sagging was due to me standing on the mattress and their warranty doesn't cover the sponge from collapsing. Who in the sober mind can buy such an expensive mattress then go and stand on it? I asked Bernie to escalate the matter further which she said she did on the 21st October 2020. Still waiting for a call from her area manager Dani. This company is a joke, I dont recommend anyone to buy anything from them.
