Bad service and quality.

I ordered a King size extra length mattress from Christelle at Secunda branch, first i paid more than quoted for, mattress was delivered one week later than promised, when measured mattress was 60mm smaller than the standard size of 200x183cm. I phoned Christelle to come and pick up there mattress and refund my money, lot of promises and after calling the owner of Mattress Medi Centre John and request my refund he just make promises and never call me back as promised, two weeks later and still waiting for my refund, please advise.
