Bad product, service and attitude

Bought the 52 Pillow Pocket b/set at Mattress Medi via the Secunda on 2 April 2011 @ R 8320.00. Warranty for 20 years and 160kg (per side according to the sales manager). After 2 months the mattress was making holes on both sides of the mattress. The manager from the secunda branch requested that we bring in the mattress ourselves. I insisted that they send someone out. The wife of the owner and her daughter came out and wanted to convince me that we did not turn the mattress regularly. I explained to her that this is not the situation and that they must change the mattress. She refused. I insisted the mattress must be sent to the factory for inspection, she said she will do it, on my expenses. She was the most obnoxious and unpleasant person i ever met (her young daughter as well). I phoned the owner of the factory and informed him of the service and treatment i received, and he promised to come back to me, but that also did not happen. We did not receive our warranty booklet - out of stock. By far worst product, service and attitude I ever experienced. Does Kobus Wiese experience the same with this product and company since his photo was used for advertising?
