At wits end!

Worst beds ever!!! I bought a kiki double bed in December 2019 , only had it for a month and the base started making noise the stitches are lose and the salesperson has been giving me a runaround they replaced the base in January 2020 a few weeks after i had the same problem all over again they have been ignoring my messages and they are refusing to replace of redund me i have been struggling to get a reply from this company. What can i do?
