Horror bed

I purchased a bed on the 18 July 2021 complained the very same day after more than a year I was given a bed that was far smaller than my original bed and far cheaper.i wasnt happy with the bed i called the owner to let him know.About a month later i asked why cant i get a refund and was told thats not possible but they would take it back and resell.Since the 30 November I've been waiting and they just give me lies and lies.
