We bought a mattress and the sides collapsed. We have been battling for more than 3 months to get a replacement. After many promises and lies from them that didn't materialize. I emailed Sealy myself and got it right to get a replacement. Even the owner **** to us telling us he will resolve it now. After another week of waiting he isn't available and Gary the salesman didn't answer his phone anymore and blames it on the Managers. Very very bad service.
