There service was so bad.

We brought a Multizone Queen Std Base Set from The Mattress Company on the 20.03.2021. The bed was delivered on the 06.04.21. On the 10.04.2021, we went back The Mattress Company in Cradlestone Mall, to complain that the bed was so uncomfortable. We had a few answers that it would take 6 months to get comfortable and the other one take the plastic off the bed. We phoned many times regarding this matter. They said that we should go back to Cradlestone Mall and choose another bed that suited us, that’s when we divided on another bed. Within a couple of days we get a call saying that we cannot downgrade the bed. We have had no joy regarding this matter and it cost us a lot of money which we paid cash for. We found that there are two owners of The Mattress Company which is Shaun and Jeremy and we are unable to get in contact with them, to sort this problem out. If you are unable to get hold of the owners my feeling is that they are in financial problems. My advice is to not to go near The Mattress Company as they cannot keep their promises.
