The mattress company terrible service and empty promises!!!

I am extremely disappointed and angry with the mattress company in cradlestone mall. We had placed an order for a new mattress on the 5th January. We told them it was urgent and they assured us they would have it delivered in under 4 weeks. Well its the end of February and still no news. They do not answer their phone. Or give us any feedback. Mattresses are not cheap. Our kids have been sleeping on the floor for all this time. So apparently if we cancel our order they take 15% of our deposit! What a lose lose situation. Hence to say we will never order anything from them ever again.
