The Mattress Company - A Company to be avoided at all costs

I would like to share my experience with you... At the end of February 2020 I purchased a bed from The Mattress Company. I duly paid the full amount and asked how long it would take to deliver. The sales lady told me it would take 10-14 working days. I agreed to 21 working days and stated on the offer to purchase that should the product not be delivered by 23 March 2020 I would require a full refund. To cut a long story short they did not deliver. It took them until 19 May 2020 to refund me. There communication was useless as was their service. I would strongly recommend that you do not use their services.
