If I could give zero stars, I would. Save yourself lots of drama, delays, lies and frustration - NEVER deal with this company. I have ordered a product and paid a month ago. Takes them more than a week to tell a customer that the stock is only available 3 months later. And refunds - never happens. No manager is ever available. As per the receptionist, they do not take calls or call back. You can never speak to accounts, They deal with internal emails only. Receptionist (LeonE) cannot phone accounts because that goes against their internal processes. Kiss your money goodbye. No products, no service, no refunds. Guess I can only resort to the legal avenue...at my own cost. To get my money back. JUST AWFUL. I warn again. Stay away from this pathetic company.
