Terrible product $ service/i feel ****med

I bought a bed on the 25 January 2020, after a week or 2, the bed started making noise like an old bed, the mattress is so uncomfortable. i sent e-mails to the store and manufacturer but no response to date. when i went to the store after level 2, i was told that they are just a display store and have no call phone and will not help me. The service is terrible, i feel that they are a ****.
