Poor service,no communication!!!!!

On Saturday 26/11/2022,we stepped into "THE MATTRESS COMPANY"Constantia branch intending to purchase a bedset "Mayfair".My wife asked the salesman if they have stock,he confirmed;"yes they have stock".We paid in full for the bedset,the salesman noted on the invoice that delivery should take place on Saturday 03/12/2022 in the afternoon. The delivery did not take place,I followed up on Sunday 04/12/2022.The salesman promised me that the manager will call me on Monday 05/12/2022 before end of business day.End of business day came and went,no call from the manager.
