**** poor service delivery

I walked into your branch at Cradlestone mall last week Tuesday 08/03/2022, i enquired about a king-size bed etc. q: do you have stocks avail? -yes Sir, yes!! I asked her to write it up so that I can pay. then after paying the lady states it will be delivered after 7 working days???. anyways not to blow my top, MY WIFE AND I left. now 7 working days later, after myself and my wife must first call YOU to enquire - we are being told no its not ready yet?? W>T>F???? then a "Ronel" calls me and stated that her hands is chopped off just like mine? are you seriously Flippen kidding me? really how is my hands chopped off. when you took my money all was good, now that you have to deliver it will only be "SOMETIME" next week?? de-moer with that!! I expect a call from someone senior within the Flippen busines within 24hrs from writing here. alternative I shall go instore Saturday morning to get, YES!!! G.E.T! MY REFUND. FLIPPEN **** POOR SERVICE DELIVERY TO SAY THE LEAST! YOU HAVE 24HRS ALTERNATIVE THIS SHALL GO VIRAL ON SOCIAL MEDIA!
