Please give my refund Matress Company

I bought a matress for R22500. When delivered the matress got damaged. I was promised a new matress, but the matress never came. After 4 months I was told they can kot get hold of Seally and I was offered a discount of R8000 to keep the matress. Another 3 weeks went by but I still did not receive my money.
