Pathetic Mattress Company

Mattress Company (Cradlestone Mall) is to be avoided. 2nd run-in in 2 years with them. This time bought a mattress with the agreement that it will take 2 weeks to deliver. After almost 3 weeks and me having to contact them telephonically and in store I am advised that there is still no stock and it will take another 3 weeks. Cancelled transaction and now it will take another 2 weeks to get my money back....Pathetic! Avoid Mattress Company!
