Order 1 month late with NO answers!!!

I have placed an order with The Mattress Company on [Order #30285] (17th May 2022). Stipulated on the website and confirmed by Leone at The Mattress Company, the lead time was to be 7 to 10 working days. To date, being 1 month late, Leone and Monique at the Mattress Company fail to respond with information regarding my order. They say they will call you back but almost never do so. They continuously quote the same "I understand" "We will call Serta and call you back" Never happens. To date they cannot tell me the status of my order considering they are past the committed lead time and 1 month late to deliver. I need an answer The Mattress Company. Extremely unprofessional client service!!!
