My refund

My name is Lebogang i am so disappointed at the mattress company at cradlestone i ordered a bedroom suite for R6000 i paid R267 for the delivery on the 26 November 2020 i was told i will get in January 2021 first 2 weeks however i went back by the 3rd week and i was told there's a delay with the supplier so i understood and then January ended no delivery i called the lady by the name Ronel she's supposed to be the manager she is the rudest person i have ever met she told me the same story about the supplier that her manager is going to find out what's happening with them and then i waited again February ended in March i think first week my fiance went and she told him that they don't have the color anymore i must choose another color so i got angry as i wanted what i wanted and for her to not communicate that with me earlier as soon as she found out that the color i wanted is finished is not on and disappointing so i then said can i please have my money back as i don't see me getting my bedroom suite anytime soon then she made Chris call me and ask me for my banking details which I gave him and then he explained that I would get my money within 7to14 days so today is the 14th day and then i decided to call Ronel back to my surprise she then said to me she doesn't know when am i going to get it as she doesn't deal with payments mind you this is a manager that deals with admin. So i am so frastrated as i feel I have been ****med by the mattress company and I do not suggest it to anyone.
