Horrible service and they make you pay for their mistakes

I got one of your beds on a 2 month payment plan, when I went today to go and pay my balance I get told the bed will only be delivered in 6 weeks! you have a sign outside your shop saying same day delivery on top of all that you have the audacity to call me and tell me I need to pay immediately very well knowing the 2 month delivery time I was not once informed about the waiting period! when I told you that i'm not happy with that and I would like a refund you now say it's a 20% cancellation fee because of your mistake so I must either pay 800 rand or suck it up and wait 2 months for my bed? i'm absolutely disgusted at your customer service I will not be recommending your shop to anyone
