EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE - The Matress Company

Just when one looses faith in companies not really caring for customers, we walk into Matress Company yesterday to be met by Rosemary. Thinking I know better, I try to convince Rosamary on the size Sloom Matress we bought is King Extra Length 214 x 183 and I want a matress protector. Rosemary was so helpfull and explained the various sizes. We purchased the protector and to my surprise I get a friendly call today to ask if we are happy and if the protector fits.
