Bad service

Pathetic service from Ferndale on Republic. The sales person was excellent until it came to delivery. I have phoned 5 times now and still no confirmation as to when I am getting my delivery. 4 different people have said I will call you back and no one has called back. The beds look good but the service is pathetic!
