Worst after sales service

Upon unwrapping our couch we dicovered a corner where the material is not covering the wood when we opened the couch the material staples was loose in the covering. We immediately reported and was told that the damage was our fault. All couches was covered with plastic. All corners was covered with tape and box material. Thus making it impossible to damage.
