Poor service delivery

I bought an L-shape couch on the 21st June 2025.Service was very good. On the 14th August 2025 two legs of the couch cracked. Within 4 days on the 18th the legs were replaced. On the 20th the same replaced leg cracked again. i reported same day. I did follow ups but to date i am sitting with a couch that have a cracked leg. No communication nothing hence i am reporting them. Account number: DEB66055
