Worst Service Ever

I bought a couch and I was told that it will be delivered in two weeks,on the day of the delivery .No one called me, I had to call them, the sales consultant Karabo(centurion mall), asked for my receipt as if I had to book for the delivery myself. He then tells me that he can only deliver the next day.He showed no professionalism and acted like it was my fault thatbthe couch was not delivered. It came across that he did not even arrange for the delivery as he asked for a picture of my receipt on the day of delivery. . This outlet does not even have a platform to address grieviences .
