Worst service and Poor quality products

The worse after sales experience ever. I am totally disgusted by the service. I bought a bed which was not delivered on time. I had to call on the day they said they would deliver and was told they will deliver after a week. When the bed got delivered it was not the correct size and the delivery guy was very rude when we showed him that the bed is not the same size as matress. The bed was taken back. After a week the bed was delivered again. Same day when I sat on the bed one leg of the bed broke. I called and had to beg for someone to come and fix the leg. They came fixed it and after 3 days another leg broke. I once again had to beg for a person to come and attend to my matter. Now the bed is broken again for the 3rd time, I called for 5 days trying to get assistance. They told me the guy will come and fix the leg. How stupid can 1 be to keep doing the same thing and not even care that it is clearly not a solution if you need to come back over and over again. I told them I would rather have my refund as clearly the bed was not functional. I kept calling for someone to come and pick up the bed and guess what, no one gave a damn I guess they have my money now and they don't care if I got a quality product or not. As I am writing now I am still sitting with a broken bed and no one has called at all. I was told the owner of the shop was going to call me back but I guess he is busy collecting other peoples money in exchange for bad service and rediculously poor quality goods. I regret going there!!!! This shop deserves no star at all
